This is from 1954, mind you. While I certainly don't wish to jump on the bandwagon and start designating everything around me as latently or patently gay, the following just doesn't leave much open to the imagination. In all fairness, back then the word "Dick" didn't have the same connotations we now attach to it. (The origin of the contemporary use remains unclear; some have averred that it's linked to "Dick Nixon" becoming highly unpopular.) At any rate, Brucie Wayne...may well be guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
